1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original accessories, manuals, and packaging (e.g., the retail box for headphones or the original case for power banks)

The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (different from what you ordered).
Please note that for hygiene reasons, ear tips for headphones must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as opened software or final sale items, may be non-returnable

2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at hello@swiftcraft.space with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photos or a brief video of the product issue (e.g., a damaged item or incorrect product)

Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship the item back without an RMA number

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it was defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Issuing Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies

Refund Amount: The full product price will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

5. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order on our website.
